The annual Memorial Day parade, which honored our nation’s fallen heroes, included local law enforcement agencies, veterans’ groups, the Sarasota Military Academy Band, Service Dogs Saving Lives, and others. The parade concluded at Chaplain J.D. Hamel Park with keynote guest speaker Michael Tollerton, a West Point graduate and U.S. Army Veteran. The day was filled with reflection on the bravery of fallen American soldiers.
