Testimonials

Apollo Valor Recipient

Apollo has made my post injury life a joy.  He is really my best friend and is there for me and my family for every need.  Our bond is something I could never explain, and have been blessed by VSD to have this sweet boy as a part of my family and life.

Mack Valor Recipient

Mack makes me feel empowered to live my life to the fullest, I never realized how much I was missing out on due to my illness until Mack was brought into my life. Thanks to Valor and Mack, I have a whole new lease on life, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Max Dogsinc Service Dog Recipient

With the foundational love of his family and service dog Max, Daniel’s world has expanded with Max as his anchor. “Max is an extremely playful, energetic, protector. Max plays soccer with the girls, and my husband will smile now because he sees that interaction.”  This relationship “brings more joy to the family and less stress. Max is his anchor” states his wife, Yesinia.

Bradley Valor Recipient

Bradley has forced me to slow down. Since I received Bradley, I’ve seen colors I’ve never seen. I’ve smelled smells that I never smelled because prior to that, I was in such a mode that I had a lot of tunnel vision, and he forces you to be present. Ryan is pictured with Bradley and Lexi. Lexi is his successor service dog. Bradley retired in June of 2024.
